Zane is on the move!

Zane is gonna be chasing Finley around! He is definitely moving forward now! He still scoots backwards a lot!! Here he is… (once again the motivation is the computer)! These babies sure are techies just like their daddy!

Memorial Day weekend!

We have had a great weekend so far! On Saturday we hit up a local outdoor shopping center then played outside for a bit while we watched an afternoon shower from the porch.

On Sunday, the pool was calling, so we headed to Uncle Ryan and Aunt Jan’s pool!! Thanks y’all! It was Finley and Zane’s first time in the pool and they loved it! Whew…Momma is counting on pool time this summer!

Standing tall!

Finley has pulled herself up to standing!  Uh-oh!!

I apologize for the annoying commentary…you may want to turn your volume down!

8 Months!

Geez! 8 months old!!! We went to take some pictures before you are both super mobile and Zane was super smiley while Finley left her smile at home! All in all I think we got some keepers!

Finley:

You are crawling…all over the house, under the exersaucer, onto the dog beds, just everywhere!

I love it when you climb up into my lap!

You are pulling to your knees and I know it is just a matter of time until you are pulling to standing!

You have started eating finger foods…you pick it up examine it then daintily place it in your mouth!

You have taken a few sips from a cup with a straw but haven’t quite figured it out yet! We’ll keep trying!

You are saying dada, baba, and just in time for mothers day…mama!!!

 

Zane:

You are a super sitter…you just love to sit and play with your toys!

You are still scooting backwards and get stuck in the funniest places!

You are rocking more and more on you hands and knees…I am sure you will be chasing after your sister soon enough!

You have started eating finger foods too…you can’t stuff it in fast enough!! Too funny!

You are saying dada and baba all the time!

You are starting to hold your own bottle!

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Today is Daddy’s birthday!!! We met Gary and his coworkers for lunch and had a great time visiting with everyone! Finley and Zane could not have been better!

GG came to visit today and of course she did not come empty handed! Finley and Zane were excited to see her as always!!!
