Twas the days after Christmas and all through the house
I revisit the fun with a click of the mouse…
Stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that Santa would soon be there!
Christmas morning was filled with laughter and joy, 
as the house was taken over with lots of new toys!
We had a great time spending Christmas with family. We are so fortunate and blessed!
Finley and Zane are both busy busy bodies! It is so fun to watch! What are they up to? Here ya go…
They are both starting to talk…Although Zane is a man of few words he points to everything!! Finley is becoming quite the “talker”…typical girl!!
Zane: dada, down (for go downstairs), up for pick me up or upstairs, and lots of other babbling!!
Finley: daddy, down, up, bow, ball, balloon, dog, Tanky, baby, uh-oh, momma (only a few times…boo), and the following words only a mother (father and grandparents) can understand….

/kah/ for car
/wawa/ for water
/kaka/ for cracker
/kak/ for quack
/uck/ for duck
moo, baa, nah (animal sounds)
/bay buh/ for belly button
/boo/ for balloon
They both love to be “chased” and just giggle then start running towards you…it is so cute!
Their favorite foods: ritz whole grain crackers, fruit, raisins, cheese, beans, goldfish, and the beloved cheerios!
They both got their first ear infection…boo.
We are on our way to taking one nap.
You love love love Tank and Vader! They can cheer you up and make you giggle!
Finley and Zane got to spin around under the Zilker Tree this year! They both loved it and kept tilting their heads back for more spinning!

Finley and Zane’s first time meeting Santa Claus!! Although Finley climbed onto his lap willingly, she did not crack a smile!! Zane just wasn’t having it!!
Sorry for my absence, but my computer finally crashed. It is at the repair shop and we are still waiting to hear its fate. In the meantime I have been borrowing Gary computer which he had just gotten wiped clean…so I have no access to my programs, bookmarks, files, etc. ARG! Back up your computer TODAY!!
We have been busy getting ready for the holidays and getting over our first ear infections…BOO. Everyone in our house was sick at the same time…so not fun!
While we were quarantined we had to get a little creative! I was breaking down a box and both Finley and Zane laughed hysterically as they would run or crawl through! The funniest was when mom went through!! It has now become a new piece of furniture in our house…whatever works, right!!!
