Vroom vroom!

We got brave and put the batteries in their little 4 wheelers! Zane caught on first and then Finley soon followed! It is so funny to watch them ride around!

Taking the pugs for a “walk”!

Finley grabbed the leashes the other day and walked all over the house with them! It was so cute!

The pugs just followed hoping for a walk!

Despite this year’s record, we are still cheering on the Longhorns and dressing the part!!!

Pumpkin time!!!

We went to the pumpkin patch today and met our friends, Colin and Trey! It was a gorgeous day and we had fun tasting exploring all the pumpkins!

Finley and Zane were sporting their Halloween Tees from Grammy! Oh, and check out Finley’s skinny jeans…she is just too cute in them!

Colin enjoyed the pumpkins too, but really wanted to explore the grounds!!

Whew…taking a break! Looking cute all the time is hard work!

 

After we played with the pumpkins, we headed to the park for a picnic lunch and playtime! Thanks for a great day and coming to play with us!!

Monkey business!

We celebrated our friend’s first birthday today and had a great time! Happy Birthday, Will!

It was the cutest monkey themed party!

1 year stats…

We had their one year check up last week and here are their stats…

Zane:

• Weight- 21 lbs 7 oz (25-50%)
• Height -28 in (5-10%)
• Head- 45 (10-25%)

Finley:

• Weight-20 lbs 14 oz (50-75%)
• Height-28.5 in (10-25%)
• Head-44 3/4 (25-50%)

What Finley and Zane are doing now…

• Finley is walking everywhere! Zane is using everything as a push toy (toys, boxes, chairs, trash cans…you name it!) He is occasionally standing without holding on to anything but them realizes it and plops down!
• They are facing forward in their car seats!
• Favorite babble is dada.  Other “words” down, up, Tank, mama.
• We have made the switch to whole milk!! My wallet likes that!
• We are officially bottle free! Yay! No more bedtime bottles!
• We brush teeth before bedtime.
• They are eating what we eat for dinner and so far they like what momma heats up cooks!
• They still nap at 10 and 3. 
• We go to the park and they are both more interested in playing with the mulch right now! Unless there are two of us to go up and down on the playscape with them!

I know I say it all the time but it is amazing how fast they grow!

More fun at the park!

Last weekend Daddy came with us to the park! It was great fun! We are loving this  weather!

 

This week we met our cousins at the park for some more fun at the park!
