Signing Time with Finley and Zane!!

Feeding 2 babies has pretty much always been challenging!  So early on I started signing here and there during meal times, but it is hard to do while feeding them both at the same time and they just didn’t seem interested! Tonight was different! Zane asked for “more”…shocking, I know.  What can I say the boy likes to eat!

Signs that I have been using are eat, milk, more, all done,  and cookie. 

Boys and girls are SO different especially when it comes to eating! Finley eats off of a plate picking up one piece at a time! Zane would finish his meal in 3 handfuls if I put a plate in from of him so I am still giving him a little at a time!

I love these 2 so very much!!!!

We have another walker!!!

Zane is toddling around!!! On Monday morning Zane decided that it was time to start walking! Each day he is getting more and more confident and walking more and more! What a cutie!!!

Happy Halloween

We had a fun Halloween this evening with a little trick or treating, baths, and off to bed! Then  Gary and I got to hand out candy until we ran out…there are lots of trick or treaters out here!

Raggedy Ann and Andy have become somewhat of a tradition…Aunt Sarah and I were Raggedy Ann one year, then Blakeley,  so now it was Finley and Zane’s turn!

Halloween Playdate

We hosted a Halloween playdate on Friday! Although Finley and Zane may not have been the best hosts (just a bit clingy and/or fussy) it was still a lot of fun!

Trick or Treating with the Chi O’s

We went to trick or treat at the Chi O house on Thursday! It was great to be back in the house even if it was just for a bit…so many great memories! I loved living in the house!

The girls were genuinely excited to see all the kiddos dressed up in their costumes.  They were such great sports and were all dressed up too!

Zane did not nap in the afternoon so he did not want to crack a smile! They did great…just overwhelmed by all the excitement!

Livestrong Challenge 2010

It was an honor to be part of Team Superman.  We walked in support of Danny King who is truly inspirational…he has fought and won against caner 7 times.  7 times is 7 times too many for anyone.  We walked as a team and didn’t let a little rain stop us! I hope this is the beginning of a annual tradition. Next year I want to get Finley and Zane out there!
