31 weeks!

Another week down!! I had a couple of doctors appointments this week and got to see the babies on Thursday.  They are growing nicely…she is in the lead with a weigh in at 4 lbs 3 oz and he is right behind at 3 lbs 12 oz.  Not sure why she jumped out in front just now, but that explains the slight tilt in my belly!

I did take another fetal fibronectin test and completely threw the doc when it came back positive again.  He was certain it would be negative, so he did officially prescribe modified bed rest. So here I sit!

I have started a great book , Water for Elephants(thanks Jan!!) and am working on a teeny tiny project for Texas 4000 Gala, and Sarah got me the supplies to make a cute ribbon wreath (at least I hope it turns out cute)! So I am trying to stay busy!

Grace came into town last week and has been a huge help.  She has cooked, taken pugs for walks, done laundry, ran errands and SO MUCH MORE!   Thank you so much, Grace!

It's amazing that you made it this far without prescribed bedrest. Wow! Sounds like Finley and Zane are doing great with their growth - you are so close! Yay!

Congrats on another week down and getting to see the babies! Keep up the good work on your modified bed rest. I'm sure it's annoying, but it will be so worth it in the end.

You are doing great! The babies are good size. K & H were 4 1/2 pounds when they were born at 34 weeks. I know this sounds silly, but enjoy the bed rest...I'm living in a state of sleep-deprived bliss and the twins are 4 1/2 months old! Notice, I did say bliss though! Read any books you've been thinking about reading because the avid reader that I am has only got to read one book since the babies were born and that's because I was baby free one weekend! ;-) p.s. I love Water for Elephants!!!!
